Big 3 Pro
Free timer

Know that it is
working.

The free timer gets you through today's session. Pro is for the other three hundred: it keeps the record, scales the routine back on the days your back is angry, and lives on your phone.

Being built now. Ships Q4 2026. Paid once, never renews.
What Pro adds

Three things the free timer cannot do.

A record that survives

Every session logged, with your streak and your history. Right now the free timer forgets everything the moment you clear your browser. If your back feels different in week six, you can look back and see exactly what you did to get there.

Built for bad days

Log how your back feels before you start and get a scaled-back session instead of skipping. Flare days are where most people quit for good, and a shorter session beats a missed one every time.

On your phone properly

The iOS app, included. Lock screen countdown, audio that never cuts out when the screen sleeps, and sessions written to Apple Health.

Back the build

One price. Paid once.

You are paying before it exists. That is why it is cheaper now than it will ever be again, and why the refund below has no conditions on it.

Full refund, any time before launch, no questions. Reply to your receipt and I send it back. You are trusting me to build something that does not exist yet, so the risk of that should sit with me, not you.
Who is building this

The person who uses it every morning.

I am a single dad with two kids. For a long stretch my lower back ran my life. Physical therapy helped while I was in it. I read everything I could find. The McGill Big 3 was what made the biggest difference for me.

The exercises were never the hard part. Doing them properly every day was. So I built the timer, and I have kept refining it because I am the one living with it. Pro is the rest of what I still want and do not have yet.

I am not a company. If you email me, I am the one who answers.

FAQ

What if you never ship it?

Then you get your money back. It is a one-line email and I am not going to argue with you over $149. The refund stands until the day it launches, so you are never stuck waiting on a promise.

Why pay when the timer is free?

The timer stays free forever, and it is genuinely the whole session, not a crippled demo. Pro is the tracking, the flare-day adjustment, and the phone app. If you only ever want the timer, use the timer.

Why pay now instead of at launch?

Because paying now is what tells me to build it. That is the whole point of a pre-sale. In exchange you get the lowest price this will ever be, and a refund you can take at any point until it ships.

Is this affiliated with Dr. McGill or Backfitpro?

No. The Big 3 is Dr. McGill's protocol and his book Back Mechanic is where I would start if you have not read it. This is an independent tool built by someone who follows the method.

What about Android?

Not at launch, and I would rather say that now than surprise you later. The web timer already works on Android and will keep working, so you would get everything except the native app.

Not ready to pay for something that does not exist?
Fair. I will email you once, on the day it ships. Nothing else, ever.

Please read. This is a timer and tracking tool, not medical advice, and I am not a doctor or a physical therapist. Talk to a professional before starting new exercise, especially if your pain is severe, spreading down a leg, or new. Stop if something hurts.
